STRONG Week is a 7-day celebration of our members and extended community.
Each day, we will be running competitions to win major daily prizes, as well as introducing a new class structure for 7 days only.
This is a week you will NOT want to miss as we celebrate everything it means to be a STRONG Human! And you’re invited.
We’re building intensity from Day 1-7 with a big focus on our key programming aspects here at STRONG.
Spending extra time practicing each element of what STRONG is, gives our members and new STRONG Humans a greater understanding of how each component should feel and why we utilise these aspects in the weekly programming.

Prize pool is across the STRONG network and not all prizes are individually studio awarded. To be eligible to win daily prizes, members & new clients must have registered for STRONG WEEK by Sunday 6th August. New clients must purchase STRONG WEEK 7 Day Introductory offer for $35.
Members & New Clients must attend classes throughout STRONG WEEK to be in the running to win each respective days prize.

The STRONG workout is unlike anything you’ve done before. Our Rowformer and Bikeformer are the first machines to combine all the benefits of pilates & resistance training…Only available at STRONG. Use our app to choose whether you will row or ride for that workout.
Expect a 45 minutes class, led by a highly-qualified trainer, assisted by our movement technology. You’ll do strength based exercises that are pilates inspired, combined with high high intensity rowing or riding. A unique, challenging way to workout. For a new kind of STRONG.
With little to no impact on your joints, it’s one of the safest and most efficient ways to training – keeping your strength for the long term!
We suggest aiming for 3 or 4 times visits per week to see best results. Doable? Definitely. For the determined? Absolutely, but we’ll be with you every step of the way.
It always depends on your goals and circumstances, and we have membership options or packs to suits everyone’s schedule. For example we even have a 2 a week membership.

No problem! We have lots of beginners and people who have never done pilates reformer before. Just watch how quickly you pick it up after a few classes, and just how quickly you become the STRONGest version of You!
All our classes are beginner friendly, just come 15 mins early so we can walk you through the studio and equipment. If you feel you would like a slower paced class to start, we do have a beginner class at 10 am on Saturdays where we walk through exercises more slowly so you can get used to the machines and way we teach. All fitness levels are welcome in each class. Our STRONG trainers can modify the class to your needs, be that an injury or intensity modification.
If you’re doing a STRONG class for the first time, arrive 15 minutes earlier so we can get you comfortable with the Rowformer or Bikeformer.
You will need to bring a pair of grip socks, a sweat towel and a water bottle with you. If you don’t have any of these items, don’t worry we have them available to purchase at reception.
We have a water trough to refill your water bottle in studio. We also have full shower facilities that you are welcome to use, all you need is a towel.
Yes, we love to see your little ones come along to studio! We have a safe and fun, fully enclosed creche area where your little ones are looked after during the 8.30am and 9.30am weekday classes. This is free for all members or those on a 10 Day trial.
We have ample off street parking infront of the studio, as well as street parking if needed. We have shower facilities, changing rooms with hairdryers & straighteners, for you to use as you need!
